The staff were all very courteous during our stay.

Unfortunately, the lighting in our room was inadequate, making it hard to read or relax comfortably. Additionally, the noise from the street was bothersome, and I could hear guests walking up and down the stairs. It was disappointing to find some blood stains on the towels provided, which made for an uncomfortable experience.

The Standard Twin Room was spacious and well-appointed, with comfy beds that made for a nice rest. I appreciated the cleanliness and modern feel of the space. The unique breakfast set-up in the cozy winter garden was cool, although it could use a bit more variety. The central location made it super easy to explore the city, especially being just a short walk to Vitosha Boulevard. Just wish there had been more options at breakfast.

We had a delightful stay with a comfortable room and a lovely breakfast setup by the koi pond that made mornings special. However, the elevator was quite small, which made moving luggage a bit tricky. I would definitely come back!
